The public panel, entitled Before and After Women’s Suffrage: The History and Effects of the 19th Amendment, will feature two experts. The first presentation is entitled “The Road to Suffrage in Wisconsin” and will discuss the history behind the 19th Amendment. The second presentation is entitled “The Evolving Women’s Vote” and will discuss the influence of women through elections since the passage of the 19th Amendment up until today. The presentations will be followed by a Q&A session and then a reception with free hor d’oeuvres and cash bar. The event is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
