Robert Yablon Discusses Wisconsin’s Special Elections Lawsuit with WisContext

Robert Yablon talks about the importance of finding a plaintiff who has been injured to bring a case against Governor Scott Walker for not calling for a special election after two vacancies. In Newton v. Walker, the plaintiffs,  voters who live in the districts, are trying to convince a judge that state law requires the governor to call special elections.
